Automotive Erp
Our client was from USA and he wanted us to create a mobile application related to the automotive industry. The client had car showrooms in USA and sold cars there. He wanted us to make the application for staff management, leads management and leads to stock allocation. The project included the back-end as well as the mobile app.
The app works like this. All the employees log into the app. Statistics are shown regarding leads, for example, on how much attempt has been done or how much it hasn’t regarding leads, lead engagement, leads sold, leads lost etc. Then, there is a chat module. An emailing module; emails could be sent to customers. A calling module, that is, VOIP (voice over IP) calling. By this calls can be made to customers. Additionally, we have call recording option. All calls made are recorded for quality assurance purposes. Other than that, we had a feedback system. All feedback details were recorded.
The leads generated from Facebook and other social media platforms, third party software or if a direct customer comes, are added to the system. Third party software leads are automatically added to the system otherwise the leads had to be manually added. As soon as the leads get added, they automatically get assigned to the employees who are free at that point in time or have shown a good performance in sales previously. Other details of leads are also present in the software such as personal information of the employees, their ID cards etc.
Challenges:
- Some work had been done on the back-end and app already and there were a lot of issues existing in them.
- Identification of issues was yet another challenge as the system was big with numerous issues.
- Debugging had to be done.
- Bad practices had to be removed and good practices had to be added.
- Issues had to be resolved.
