Docunizer

This is our product. By our product we mean that some senior tech fellows from the industry approached us. We had a chat. They shared the product idea and we loved it! The product idea gripped our team fully and we decided to collaborate with them. Therefore, it’s our mutual product. The beta version to this is already present in the market and we are ready to launch the final product in approximately one month.

Docunizer is a SaaS-based product, that is, software as a service product. It has two versions. One is for the corporate sector and the other one is for the individuals. Let’s cast an eye over both;

Corporate: 

There are numerous industries which still use paper-based methods to maintain files and keep all the documents intact. What this software firstly does is that it brings everything to paperless. The data is fed into our servers. The papers and files are uploaded on it. They can even be tagged for example, name tagging, department tagging and so on. Multiple tags can be used. These tags will ensure that when someone searches he just has to put search criteria in the search box. For instance, a certain organization, a certain department requires details about a person in a certain domain, all he has to do is put on the filter and the details will appear.

These are highly-optimized searchable documents. There is millions and billions of data and searching for something from such huge amount of data can be a big hassle. Docunizer makes this process hassle-free for you. In addition to that, we also offer templates within the app. New documents can also be generated in the software by designing new templates within the app.

Different organizations have different workflows going on in their institution. Docunizer has inbuilt tier system which means that when a certain document reaches the higher authority, that is for example, tier 2, he will know that whether or not it has been approved by tier 1. Therefore, it handles organizational workflows very well. It is a global product.

Individuals: 

Individuals can reap benefits from Docunizer by uploading their photos, personal documents degrees etc. on it. We individuals tend to lose stuff and then spend hours and hours in finding it. It becomes a hassle. Therefore, to make our life easier Docunizer is pretty much the right app! You can also tag whatever you want to. For instance, you can add tags and multiple signatures on your photographs and so on so forth.

Searching and finding become effortless by using this application. You can easily manage your own personal documents or if you want to manage organizational stuff, Docunizer supports that too!

Furthermore, it is a multi-tenant app. For example, if an organization wants it can give access further to department or if it wants it can give individual access. Docunizer has several features like these. This is Phase 1 of the software which is about to go live really soon. Plus, there are more amazing features in this app which are yet to come.
