Healthcare Project

Our Australian-based client is a renowned healthcare service provider. The doctor approached us one fine day, through our website, and fortunately we responded timely. This was the way in which we acquired the project. The main requirement of the project included building an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for the healthcare industry in Australia. It was unique, unparalleled, and at that particular point in time, unheard of. No such project or work of similar kind was happening anywhere else in the industry momentarily. 

The project comprised of multiple modules which included;

• Billing
• Reception
• Virtual Assistant
• Employees
•  Doctors
• Hospitals
• Private Practices Happening On Board

In our exclusively designed software the doctors were being facilitated, so were the hospitals, and the patients. Say, for instance, a complete record of the history of every single patient was maintained as a file. The file also contained the medication given, the tests carried out and their respective results. Similarly, the complete record of the doctor was also added to a separate file for example, the fee he charged, the patients he saw and their records etc. It was, therefore, a complete ERP solution, unique in its own way.

Other than that, it supported transcription and embodied several other features as well. The delivering method of the project was divided into phases. This means that each part of the project was completed in a certain time frame which was pre-decided. Talking about the satisfaction level of the client, we can proudly say it was 110%! He was pleased with our product and had obtained what he had wished for.
